Tax-free shopping is available to eligible overseas visitors at all of our stores, for in-store purchases only. Online orders are not eligible.
You pay the tax-inclusive price at the store; no refund is given at the store. You claim your refund through JPrefund after customs confirms your purchase when you leave Japan. Our staff will explain the steps at the store.
Please apply within 200 days of purchase. The name on your passport must match the name on your refund account. Service and remittance fees are deducted from the refund, and it may take more than one month after you leave Japan to arrive.

Cancellations, returns or exchanges for a change of mind are not accepted. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, within 3 days of delivery, unused and with the box, warranty card and all accessories.
Free of charge. Measure your wrist and tell us in the inquiry form. Sizing is by link, so it may not match your measurement exactly. Extra links are charged, and orders cannot be cancelled after sizing.
Available only when you bring your watch to our store in Nagoya. We set the value after seeing the watch in person, and you pay the difference toward your new watch.
Watches purchased from us receive cleaning, inspection, accuracy check, demagnetization and bracelet sizing free of charge. Overhaul, repair and parts replacement are charged.
